What DR Dialler handles

DR Dialler processes phone numbers, call-routing details, call-event metadata, text and multimedia messages, contact details that you choose to save and, when enabled, call or voicemail recordings and transcripts.

Where information is stored

Personal in-app contacts are encrypted on your iPhone and cannot be exported to Apple Contacts. Service records are processed through your configured Cloudflare and Twilio accounts. Recordings and transcripts are filed into the separate Business or Personal folders in your connected Google Drive.

Service providers

Twilio provides phone-number, voice, messaging and optional transcription services. Cloudflare provides the application service and protected voicemail-greeting storage. Google Drive stores recordings and transcripts. EmailIt sends any per-line email copies you enable. Apple provides iPhone platform services, including notifications, CallKit, Keychain and optional Contacts access.

Your choices

You can mute message notifications per number, choose how each number receives calls, leave email recipients empty, disable recording and transcription, remove contacts stored in the app, disconnect a number from DR Dialler, or permanently release a number from Twilio. When recording is offered, the call continues without recording unless the caller affirmatively agrees.

Security

The app uses a four-digit access code, a separately hidden Personal Mode, automatic Personal Mode timeout, iPhone Keychain storage and encrypted local contact storage. Personal lines, messages and contacts are omitted while Personal Mode is locked. Service credentials are kept in protected Cloudflare Worker secrets and are not embedded in the iPhone app or dashboard.

Contact

A privacy contact address and business identity must be added before this policy is published for an App Store release.
